Job Title: Commercial Contracting Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract only till dec 2026 Pay Range: USD 60-65/hr Responsiilities : Owns vendor outreach and tracks contract amendments across roughly 200 software vendors, prioritizing the highest-value ones. Drafts amendments from our pre-approved Legal templates, manages redlines, and negotiates with vendor legal and finance teams. Routes documents for signature (DocuSign / Ironclad) and keeps clean records and metadata. Hands off executed agreement details daily to the Systems contractor. Requirements 5+ years in procurement operations, commercial contract administration, or paralegal work with a commercial focus. Expert with contract lifecycle tools (Ironclad preferred) and procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle). Strong communicator and persistent follow-up on a tight timeline AI Expertise
