About the Role We're looking for a Contract Specialist to help stand up scalable contract management processes for one of our clients. This is a remote, contract-based engagement focused on building, running, and continuously improving contractual workflows from the ground up. What You'll Do Draft, review, and administer contracts with customers, business partners, suppliers, and service providers Ensure agreements and templates serve business needs first and comply with legal and organizational standards Coordinate contract negotiations with internal and external counsel and align terms with business objectives Identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in existing agreements Partner with stakeholders across departments to clarify requirements and provide contract guidance Maintain accurate, investor- and audit-ready documentation Recommend and help implement improvements to contract management practices drive automation and AI-use to focus on the things that matter What You Bring Experience in contract management — ideally within health care, health tech, or SaaS Contract negotiation skills and the analytical ability to weigh terms, risks, and commercial impact Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external partners Working knowledge of legal and compliance concepts related to contracts, preferably in health care, health tech, SaaS, or adjacent industries Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to manage multiple contracts and deadlines remotely Comfort with AI-tools, contract management or document management systems and standard office software A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience Prior experience in a contract, procurement, or legal support role is a plus Location Requirement This role must be based in the Eastern Time Zone, per client requirement.
