Hours: 20-30 Hours per week (flexible)
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview
On-Target Supplies & Logistics (OTSL) is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter in Odessa, TX to support recruiting efforts across logistics, transportation, utility support services, warehouse operations, skilled trades, administrative, and professional positions.
This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiting professional who excels in sourcing passive candidates, managing multiple requisitions, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical positions quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Track recruiting activity and provide weekly status updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system

Qualifications
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting in logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, industrial, energy, utility, or staffing environments preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working independently and meeting recruiting performance goals
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required
• Paycom experience preferred
• High-volume recruiting experience
• CDL Driver recruiting experience
• Skilled trades recruiting experience
• Industrial and warehouse recruiting experience
• Recruiting metrics and reporting

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and may be structured as:
• Hourly rate
• Monthly retainer
• Performance-based incentive
• Combination of hourly and incentive pay
