What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, prioritize requisitions, and drive efficient hiring processes Recruit for a variety of corporate and professional positions based on business demand Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and execution Leverage sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and market intelligence to identify and engage top talent Maintain recruiting momentum while balancing multiple openings and changing priorities Contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented team focused on helping clients achieve their hiring goals This is an on-site contract position in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas, ideal for a recruiter who enjoys hands-on recruiting, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results. Proven recruiting experience managing full-cycle searches from requisition intake through accepted offer Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders Experience prioritizing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated sourcing expertise using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, job boards, talent communities, and networking strategies Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, responsive approach Ability to quickly learn a client's business, culture, and talent requirements Comfortable working on-site in Dallas and collaborating directly with client stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions including finance, HR, legal, marketing, technology, operations, procurement, or administration Experience in RPO, staffing, agency recruiting, embedded recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition environments Experience leveraging ATS, CRM, and recruiting analytics tools Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Your Role Deliver Full-Cycle Recruiting Support and Hiring Results As a Contract Recruiter, you will support a dedicated client engagement, managing assigned requisitions and driving recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
