Contract Mail Carrier – Experienced Postal Carrier

Job Description West Franklin Investments LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced mail carrier to operate an established USPS contract delivery route based out of the Marlow, New Hampshire Post Office. Preference will be given to candidates with previous USPS experience , particularly former Rural Carrier Associates (RCAs), Rural Carriers, City Carrier Assistants (CCAs), and experienced Contract Delivery Service (CDS) carriers. We are looking for a motivated individual who understands postal operations, works efficiently and independently, and takes pride in providing dependable mail delivery service. Responsibilities Sort, organize, and case mail at the Marlow Post Office. Load and deliver mail and packages along an established delivery route. Operate USPS scanning equipment and properly handle accountable mail. Follow established postal delivery procedures and safety requirements. Maintain accurate delivery records and provide professional customer service. Qualifications Preferred Experience: Previous USPS employment as an RCA, rural carrier, CCA, or city carrier. Experience operating a USPS contract delivery route. Familiarity with casing mail, rural delivery procedures, and USPS scanning equipment. Requirements: Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass USPS-required background screening and other applicable clearance requirements. Access to a suitable delivery vehicle with adequate cargo capacity. Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Monday through Saturday. Independent contractor (1099) position. Training provided as needed. Daily hours vary depending on mail and package volume.
