• Review commercial proposals, technical scopes, claims, changes, and amendments
• Conduct contract risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead contract negotiations, claims evaluation, and commercial settlements
• Develop contract templates, procedures, supplier performance criteria, and SLAs
• Support RFP/RFQ processes and subcontract administration for industrial projects
• Ensure contractual, regulatory, and company policy compliance
• Report contract health, risks, and commercial issues to project and senior leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of contract/contracting experience; 12+ years preferred
• Strong EPC, construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontract experience
• Proven experience with contract negotiation, claims, change orders, and risk management
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and Prime Contract flow-downs
• MBA, Law degree, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
