📍 Contract Administrator / Project Administrator (CA/PA) 📍 Omaha, NE| Oline Construction (Backed by Goldenrod Companies) 🏗️ About the Opportunity Oline Construction is growing rapidly, and we’re looking to add a Contract Administrator / Project Administrator to our Omaha team. This role is the backbone of project operations , supporting both contract administration and day-to-day project coordination. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and running efficiently —working closely with project teams, leadership, and external partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex projects, this is a great opportunity to join a high-growth, well-backed organization with a strong pipeline of work. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing Contract Administration: Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements, including execution, tracking, and change orders Compliance & Vendor Coordination: Oversee subcontractor onboarding, insurance, bonds, and lien documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements Project Documentation: Maintain organized project files and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and correspondence Financial Support: Assist with billing, pay applications, invoice tracking, and maintaining contract/cost documentation Scheduling & Coordination: Track submittals, procurement logs, and support scheduling updates Field & Closeout Support: Assist with field documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout packages ⚙️ Systems & Tools CMiC Textura Microsoft Office Suite Internal document management systems ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or project administration Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Experience with CMiC and/or Textura is a plus Degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred 🚀 Why Oline?
