It serves production, equipment, warehouse, and supply chain leaders by quantifying how work flows through KULR’s battery operation — labor hours per pack, takt and cycle time, line balance, equipment availability, material flow, freight and inventory cost — and by turning improvement opportunities into financial business cases and into system requirements, acceptance criteria, and user documentation for KULR’s internal, AI-enabled operations platform. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Analyst does not belong to any one function. The role produces analyses, models, process maps, specifications, dashboards, and savings reports, and maintains KULR's supplier compliance data and inventory planning parameters in KiOS, KULR's internal AI-enabled operating system. The Production Supervisors, Equipment & Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Specialist, and the Controller's procurement team own the operational work those deliverables describe. The Analyst is an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibility. DELIVERABLES The role is measured on these outputs: Financial business cases for improvement initiatives (payback, annualized savings, sensitivity), and a savings tracker showing planned versus realized results by initiative. Labor and throughput analytics: labor hours per unit by configuration, takt and cycle-time studies, line-balance and staffing models, utilization and idle-time analysis from the platform’s labor data. Current-state and future-state process maps for production, warehouse, kitting, receiving, and shipping workflows.
