Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Container Stacker Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently stacking shipping containers using industrial equipment, ensuring optimal space utilization and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Operate forklift and other industrial equipment to stack containers accurately and safely Adjust and maintain mechanical components of container stacking machinery for optimal performance Follow safety standards in production to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Conduct manual handling tasks to move containers as needed within the facility Monitor quality standards in production, ensuring containers are stacked correctly and meet specifications Assist with packaging processes related to container handling when required Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and safety Requirements Proven experience operating forklifts or similar industrial equipment (certification preferred) Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with stacking machinery Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols Ability to perform manual handling tasks efficiently and safely Basic understanding of manufacturing management principles and quality standards in production Knowledge of packaging, machining, or flexo press operations is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace Join us in this vital role where your skills will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain processes!
