We’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their stories, and helping them find the right opportunities. This role is about more than filling open positions — it’s about building relationships, understanding what teams need, and creating a positive experience for every candidate. As a Recruiter, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, identify the right talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organized, curious, and genuinely interested in helping people and businesses grow together. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities needed for success. Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination. Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels. Review resumes and have meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, career goals, and motivations. Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, align expectations, and keep the hiring process moving. Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and valued, regardless of the outcome. Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and share regular updates with stakeholders. Support offer negotiations and help ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates. Look for ways to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships. A good understanding of sourcing techniques, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. The ability to understand hiring needs and identify candidates who are a good fit for both the role and the team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time. A proactive approach to problem-solving, follow-ups, and meeting hiring timelines. Comfort working with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms. Good judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality. A fair and thoughtful approach to evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential. What Success Looks Like Hiring managers feel supported and confident throughout the recruitment process. Candidates have a positive experience and receive timely, honest communication. Open positions are filled with suitable candidates within agreed timelines. A healthy pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained for ongoing hiring needs. Recruitment activities are well organized, with clear communication and accurate records. Hiring decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s needs. Why This Role Matters The right hire can make a real difference to a team. As a Recruiter, you’ll help people take the next step in their careers while helping the organization find the talent it needs to grow. Your ability to listen, build trust, and bring the right people together will have a lasting impact on both candidates and the business. If you believe recruitment is about people first, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in making the right connections, we’d love to hear from you.
