Everything we do is guided by our Core Values: Accountability Teamwork Integrity Attitude Position Summary Lambert Construction is looking for a dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee our Stillwater warehouse and equipment yard. The Warehouse Manager keeps our project teams supplied and ready to work by managing tools, equipment, materials, rentals and our vehicle fleet. This person supervises a small warehouse team, coordinates deliveries to jobsites and keeps the facility safe and organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, takes ownership of their area and communicates well with superintendents and project managers. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations, keeping the facility clean, organized and safe. Supervise, schedule and support the warehouse worker and delivery driver. Track and maintain inventory of tools, equipment and materials, including check-in and check-out to jobsites. Coordinate pickups and deliveries of tools, equipment and materials to and from jobsites. Receive, inspect and store incoming deliveries, and verify them against purchase orders. Manage the company vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs and keeping service records current. Perform and coordinate maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment, both at the yard and on jobsites. Manage equipment rentals, including ordering, tracking, returns and reviewing rental costs. Work with superintendents and project managers to anticipate and meet jobsite needs. Manage purchasing of shop supplies and consumables within budget. Enforce safe work practices in the warehouse and yard, including forklift and material-handling safety. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, fleet or equipment management experience; construction industry experience preferred Experience supervising or leading a small team Mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining tools, equipment and vehicles Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Procore Forklift experience; certification preferred Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities Good communication skills and a team-first attitude Working Environment Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift Based at our Stillwater warehouse and yard, with time spent on jobsites as needed Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to stand, bend and climb for extended periods Occasional early starts or extended hours to support project needs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Professional development and paid educational opportunities About Lambert Construction Company Founded in 1939 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Lambert Construction Company began as a masonry and tile business and has grown into the area's largest commercial contractor.
