Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, where you will lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and maintain high-quality standards while fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment. Your expertise will drive project success and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial controls using construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, or Primavera P6. Oversee daily site operations, supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, and ensure safety protocols are rigorously followed. Develop detailed construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Review construction plans, blueprints, contracts, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Coordinate procurement processes for materials and equipment using project management software like Prolog; track deliveries to prevent delays. Conduct regular site inspections with Civil 3D or Bluebeam to verify quality standards; document issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to communicate progress updates and resolve issues efficiently. Manage project documentation including reports, logs, incident reports, change orders, and safety records; ensure accurate recordkeeping throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling (including construction schedule coordination), cost management, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts management, project coordination techniques, and safety regulations. Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on quality control and safety standards adherence. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent time management skills are essential.
