Construction Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Establish baseline schedules covering design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend recovery plans. Coordinate schedules with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams. Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and schedule analyses. Evaluate schedule impacts from changes, delays, and subcontractor performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in high-rise projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Understanding of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and NYC construction practices. Ability to interpret construction drawings and contracts. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, delay analysis, or scheduling certifications (PSP/PMP).
