Responsibilities Execute comprehensive renovation tasks including drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry to enhance building interiors and exteriors. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to ensure precise execution of remodeling projects. Install windows, doors, flooring, tiles, and other building materials with attention to detail and quality standards. Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and building codes throughout each phase of the project. Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs using construction estimating techniques and manage material procurement effectively. Perform outdoor hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, masonry work, and landscaping hardscape features. Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times while maintaining a clean and organized worksite. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any issues promptly. Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on renovations or remodeling projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Strong knowledge of building construction methods including drywall installation, carpentry (including trim carpentry), masonry, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, and window installation. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans. Experience working outdoors on hardscaping or landscaping projects is preferred. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction environments is essential.
