Construction Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator Noah Properties | Chicago Metro Area | Full-Time About Us Noah Properties is a Chicago-based real estate development company with a growing portfolio of ground-up development projects across the Chicago area. We build and manage our own projects, which means materials, finishes, and deliveries matter. The Role You'll be the person who makes sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time. You'll order windows, doors, trim, appliances, and finishes; track everything from purchase to delivery; run our warehouse; and keep job sites and subcontractors supplied so projects stay on schedule. What You'll Do Place and manage orders for windows, doors, trim, appliances, and finish materials, and confirm specs and standards before anything ships Maintain order tracking files covering what's been ordered, what's in transit, what's arrived, and what's missing Track finish specifications for each project so orders match the design Coordinate container arrivals, warehouse deliveries, and job site drop-offs Schedule material deliveries for subcontractors Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory in and out Order supplies and fixtures through online vendors (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) Research new materials and products, and order samples for the design team Work directly with suppliers, project managers, and our design team to keep everything moving What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, construction coordination, or a similar role Construction, building materials, or real estate experience is a strong plus Highly organized and detail-oriented, the kind of person who catches the wrong spec before it ships Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking Clear, reliable communicator with vendors, subs, and the internal team Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without things slipping Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (regular travel between warehouse and job sites)
