Construction Project Manager

Job Summary SOFIR Construction Materials & Building Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through execution, completion, and closeout. The successful candidate will coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams while managing project schedules, budgets, materials, quality, safety, and client expectations. What You'll Do Manage construction projects from planning and pre-construction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and milestones Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and field teams Review plans, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance Manage construction materials, procurement, deliveries, inventory, and supplier coordination Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and project documentation Identify and resolve field issues, project risks, delays, and coordination conflicts Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership Ensure work complies with applicable building codes, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and potential budget variances Lead project closeout, inspections, punch lists, documentation, and handover activities Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred Experience managing commercial, residential, institutional, or building construction projects Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and project controls Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field personnel Knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, and workplace safety requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or comparable platforms Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule and within budget Why Work With Us Competitive construction-sector salary Opportunity to manage high-impact building and construction projects Leadership responsibility across project delivery and field operations Exposure to construction materials, procurement, and building solutions Professional development and career advancement opportunities Collaborative environment focused on quality, efficiency, and successful project delivery About the Company SOFIR Construction Materials & Building Solutions LLC provides construction materials, building solutions, and project-support services for construction and development initiatives.
