Construction Project Manager

Job Summary NK Group Engineering & Commercial Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction and engineering projects from pre-construction planning through execution, completion, and closeout. The successful candidate will oversee project schedules, budgets, contractors, subcontractors, materials, quality, safety, and client coordination while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements. What You'll Do Manage construction projects from initial planning through final closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and milestones Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and field personnel Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, costs, and schedule performance Coordinate construction materials, equipment, procurement, and deliveries Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and project documentation Identify project risks, delays, cost issues, and technical conflicts and develop corrective actions Lead project meetings and communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership Ensure construction activities comply with applicable codes, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards Track project commitments, forecasts, budgets, and potential cost variances Lead inspections, punch lists, commissioning coordination, closeout documentation, and project handover Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction project management, engineering project management, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred Experience managing commercial, institutional, infrastructure, or building construction projects Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and project controls Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and contracts Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, and workplace safety requirements Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or comparable platforms Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget objectives Why Work With Us Competitive project-management compensation Opportunity to lead complex construction and engineering initiatives Exposure to commercial, technical, and infrastructure projects Collaborative environment involving engineering and business professionals Professional development and industry certification opportunities Career advancement within a growing engineering and commercial solutions company About the Company NK Group Engineering & Commercial Solutions LLC provides engineering, construction-support, project management, and commercial solutions for building and infrastructure initiatives.
