Construction Project Management & Leadership Opportunities Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: $85,000–$180,000 annually, depending on position and experience About the company An established commercial and industrial construction company is seeking experienced construction professionals for multiple opportunities within its Dallas operations. These openings are open due to growth and span preconstruction, project management, field leadership, and project engineering. Whether you bring experience leading complex construction projects, managing field operations, developing estimates, or supporting project execution, there may be an opportunity that aligns with your background. Current Opportunities Pre-Construction Manager Lead preconstruction planning, estimating strategy, and project development. Coordinate with clients, design teams, operations, and internal stakeholders. Evaluate project scope, constructability, budgets, schedules, and risks. Support bid strategy, proposal development, and project turnover. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Project Manager Manage construction projects from startup through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, costs, cash flow, and contract requirements. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and drive successful outcomes. Maintain accountability for project financial and operational performance. Project Superintendent Lead day-to-day field operations and construction execution. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and schedules. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance. Work closely with project management to keep projects on track. Provide field leadership and resolve construction challenges as they arise. Project Engineer Support project management and field operations. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, drawings, procurement, and project documentation. Assist with project schedules, cost tracking, change orders, and billing. Maintain communication between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Help ensure project documentation and deliverables remain organized and current. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or structural concrete construction. Background in preconstruction, estimating, project management, field supervision, or project engineering. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, costs, and project execution. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
