Job Description

Construction Operations Manager

Who We Are

CoreBuild is a residential renovation company specializing in rehab and renovation projects — primarily investor turn-key rehabs and an expanding pipeline of larger owner-occupant renovations. Most projects range from $10,000 to $25,000, with growth into $25,000 to $100,000+ renovations.

We are part of the 6AM Core Collective and operate with strong financial discipline, clear accountability, and a long-term growth mindset. This is not a corporate construction role. This is an opportunity to help build and grow a renovation company alongside executive leadership.
