Construction Materials Delivery Driver

About ProSource Wholesale NWA ProSource Wholesale NWA is a membership-based wholesale supplier serving contractors, builders, designers, remodelers, and other trade professionals throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our Rogers location provides flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and other finishing materials to construction and remodeling professionals. We're looking for a dependable, professional Delivery Driver to join our team and help us provide the level of service our customers expect. About the Role As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials from our Rogers warehouse to customers, jobsites, and other locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. This is more than simply driving from point A to point B. You'll be responsible for protecting the customer's materials, delivering them safely and accurately, and representing ProSource professionally at every stop. These are large, heavy, and expensive materials requiring accuracy and care with the delivery equipment. What You'll Do Safely operate company delivery vehicles Deliver flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, and other materials to customers and jobsites Load and secure materials properly before leaving the warehouse Verify products and quantities against delivery paperwork before departure Safely unload materials at jobsites and customer locations Handle products carefully to prevent damage Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, builders, and jobsite personnel Obtain delivery confirmations and signatures when required Immediately report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials Communicate delivery delays or issues to the warehouse and Account Managers Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Perform basic vehicle safety inspections Report vehicle maintenance or safety issues Follow all company safety procedures and applicable traffic laws Assist with occasional receiving, stacking, loading or warehouse-related tasks when needed Represent ProSource Wholesale professionally at every customer interaction What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual A safe and responsible driver Professional and courteous with customers Comfortable working independently Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials packaging often exceeding 50 lbs. Careful and attentive when handling customer products Organized and detail-oriented Able to follow delivery schedules and instructions Comfortable working at residential and commercial jobsites Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions A team player with a positive attitude Someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly Qualifications Valid driver's license Clean or acceptable driving record Previous delivery or driving experience with Mack MD6 Flatbed Delivery Trucks with attached Donkey/Moffit jobsite forklifts strongly preferred and given priority consideration Experience with flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, construction, or building materials is a plus Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Must be comfortable using a phone for delivery communication and navigation Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires: Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Regular lifting and carrying of heavy materials Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing Working inside and outside in all weather conditions Working at residential and commercial jobsites Safely handling flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and other building materials Why Work With ProSource Wholesale NWA?
