Construction Labourer – General Renovations (Transportation Provided)

Job Location: Various construction and renovation sites across the GTA Pickup & Drop-off Location: Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) Subway Station, Vaughan, ON Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience (Cash payment also Available) Job Description We are a growing renovation and construction company looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who have some hands-on construction experience , particularly in drywall installation, wood framing, and general renovation work. You do not need to be a fully experienced tradesperson, but you should have a basic understanding of construction work and be willing to learn. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment. Transportation Provided – No Vehicle Required! We provide free daily transportation from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) Subway Station. Workers will meet our team at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station at an agreed pickup time. We will transport workers directly to the job site. At the end of the workday, we will drive workers back to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station. You do not need your own vehicle or driver's licence. This is a great opportunity for individuals who use public transit and are looking for steady construction work. Job Responsibilities Assist with drywall installation, cutting, measuring, and fastening. Assist with wood framing, including measuring, cutting, and assembling walls. Perform general renovation and construction labour. Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks. Load, unload, and organize tools and building materials. Help with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup. Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Some previous construction or renovation experience preferred. Basic drywall or wood framing experience is a strong asset. Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials. Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Able to travel to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station for daily pickup. You do not need to be an expert in construction.
