Construction Laborer (Class A CDL)
TeleconJob Location: Tacoma State/Province: Washington CDL Construction Laborer Position Overview We connect people, and on our team that work starts in the ground. As a CDL Construction Laborer, you'll help install the conduit that brings communities onto the fiber network they rely on. This is a labor job, not a driving job: your CDL is for hauling equipment, but most of your day is physical work on the jobsite. No telecom experience needed. We'll train you on how we do it. Days start at the yard, then it's out to the site to dig and trench, install conduit, set vaults and handholes, run saws and compactors, and put lawns and sidewalks back the way you found them. The work is outdoors year-round in rain, heat, and cold, with overtime when a project calls for it. Our team is growing, and people who show up and want to learn have room to take on more and build a long-term career in telecom. This role fits someone with a Class A CDL and a background in physical work, whether that's construction, landscaping, farming, or something else. You show up on time, keep a jobsite safe, and pull your weight on a small crew. If you'd rather spend your day outside building something than sitting in a cab all shift, apply and tell us about the hands-on work you've done.
