This role involves outdoor work in various construction and demolition projects, requiring adherence to safety protocols and the ability to operate machinery efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and hands-on experience with heavy equipment to support our team in completing projects effectively and safely. Duties Perform outdoor construction and demolition tasks, including site preparation, debris removal, and material handling. Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to assist with project execution. Drive a Class A CDL vehicle to transport equipment, materials, and personnel between job sites safely and efficiently. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment in an outdoor setting. Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction, demolition, and equipment operation. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
