Construction Delivery Driver

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Driver / Salesperson to support our daily construction operations. In this role, you will transport construction goods and supplies to and from job sites, assist with loading and unloading customers or vendors, and ensure that deliveries are completed on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, punctual, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles & equipment, including pickup trucks, gooseneck or bumper pull trailers, medium duty combined truck + trailers, heavy duty commercial trucks, and forklifts Pick up and deliver construction related goods & supplies to job sites, customer offices/yards, or vendor offices/yards Coordinate with customers for deliveries Take additional orders at delivery site or by phone Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and basic paperwork Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors, suppliers, and site personnel Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record: CDL preferred Able to work 50 hour per week Experience driving work trucks or similar vehicles preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs as needed Familiarity with construction industry is a plus Strong time‑management skills and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional attitude Work Environment Primarily outdoors at various construction sites (or driving) Exposure to weather conditions, dust, and typical job‑site environments Early mornings or overtime depending on project needs Why Join Us · Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities. · Collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. · Ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and expertise. · Chance to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving customer success and business growth.
