Concrete Mixer Trucker Driver

Job Summary Drive a concrete mixer truck to deliver and discharge concrete safely at construction sites. You’ll support civil infrastructure and paving projects by coordinating with site crews, inspecting your vehicle, and following applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety protocols. This role suits a dependable commercial driver with construction site experience, sound mechanical knowledge, and a focus on safe, timely work. Duties Operate a commercial vehicle and concrete mixer truck on public roads and active construction sites; load, transport, and discharge concrete as directed. Follow DOT regulations, site safety rules, and established safety protocols while communicating with dispatch and crew members. Inspect, clean, and perform routine equipment maintenance on the truck and mixer; report mechanical issues promptly. Support construction and paving work as needed, including operating loaders or other heavy equipment when qualified. Assist with concrete forming, concrete pumping, rebar installation, screed work, asphalt paving, and handling bituminous materials when assigned and trained. Qualifications Min. (2) years of commercial truck driving or commercial driving experience, with the ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely. Construction site experience, ideally on civil infrastructure projects; familiarity with concrete, paving, or asphalt work is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and experience with construction machinery maintenance or equipment maintenance are preferred. Ability to perform basic math and follow safety regulations; heavy equipment, loader, paving equipment, or screed operation experience is an asset. Reliable, safety-focused approach to working around moving vehicles, equipment, and construction crews. Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day Benefits: Safety equipment provided Work Location: In person
