Concrete Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a Concrete Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. Position Overview : The Concrete Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating concrete deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling, communicating effectively with customers and drivers, and maintaining Dispatch logs and records. This role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate daily concrete deliveries with customers and drivers. Schedule and dispatch orders, ensuring accurate delivery times and routes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries or product quality. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling protocols. Maintain records of deliveries, customer feedback, and any changes to orders. Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient fleet management. Provide support for emergency orders or schedule changes, including rotating on call and weekend shifts as needed. Qualifications : Bilingual preferred, but not required Minimum of 1 year relevant dispatch experience Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations. Proficient in using dispatching software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Schedule : Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Rotating weekend shift Rotating weekly on call duties Compensation: Pay is experience-based, with compensation determined by experience and qualifications. Higher compensation may be offered for candidates with significant or relevant experience. Benefits package available.
