Hayden AndersonThu, Aug 27, 6:16 AM (1 day ago)to me Precast Delivery Helper Olson Precast of Arizona – Phoenix, AZ Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview Olson Precast of Arizona is seeking a dependable and hardworking Precast Delivery Helper to assist our boom truck drivers with the safe delivery and installation of precast concrete products throughout the Phoenix area. This is a non-driving position . The Delivery Helper rides with a CDL Boom Truck Operator and assists with preparing loads, securing products, spotting the truck and boom operator, and supporting the placement of precast manholes and other concrete products at jobsites. This is an outdoor, hands-on position that requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical work in Arizona weather conditions. Responsibilities Ride with Boom Truck Operator to construction jobsites throughout the Valley Assist with preparing precast manhole components for installation Apply Ram-Nek joint sealant and assist with cleaning and preparing precast joints Assist with chains, rigging, straps, and other equipment used during deliveries Assist with securing and tying down precast products for transportation Act as a spotter for the driver and boom operator on jobsites Help maintain safe clearance around the truck and boom during operations Sweep, clean, and maintain the truck bed and work areas Help keep chains, straps, tools, and delivery equipment organized Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup Follow company safety procedures and instructions from the Boom Truck Operator Perform other delivery and field-support duties as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to lift and handle tools, chains, straps, and construction materials Comfortable working around heavy trucks, cranes, and construction equipment Must be dependable and report to work on time Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with drivers and field personnel Construction, precast, trucking, or equipment experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn — we will train the right candidate What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and willing to learn .
