For our OnBoard MIAMI office, we are looking for the following profile: Position: Compliance Officer Location: 1375 NW 129TH, Avenue, Suite 100, MIA 33182, MIAMI, USA. SUMMARY: Support and strengthen our U.S. Compliance Program across our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. This position will help ensure compliance with applicable U.S. regulations, international trade requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards while identifying and mitigating regulatory, operational, and reputational risks. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2 years or more of related experience or equivalent. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and monitor the Company's Compliance Program. Conduct compliance risk assessments, internal reviews, and audits. Monitor compliance with U.S. sanctions, OFAC, export controls, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, AML, and restricted-party screening requirements. Support compliance with customs, transportation, import/export, and international trade requirements. Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Support internal investigations and compliance-related reviews. Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation. Develop and deliver employee compliance training. Monitor regulatory changes affecting the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and Executive Leadership to strengthen compliance controls and promote a culture of ethics and integrity. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Business, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, transportation, supply chain, or international trade strongly preferred. Knowledge of U.S. regulatory and international trade compliance requirements. Experience with sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-bribery, or third-party due diligence is highly desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment. English required; Spanish highly desirable. Professional compliance certifications such as CCEP, CCO, CAMS, CIA, CFE, or equivalent are a plus.
