As our Compliance Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving compliance programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. You'll help ensure our products, processes, and facilities meet domestic and international regulatory requirements while supporting food safety, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role is critical in helping us stay ahead of regulatory changes, manage risk, and uphold our commitment to doing the right thing, always. Who you'll be working with. Reporting to the Director of QualityRegulatory, you'll partner closely with leaders and teams across Quality Assurance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, ResearchDevelopment, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales. You'll also collaborate with customers, suppliers, auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies throughout North America and international markets. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence food safety and compliance strategy while supporting facilities across the organization. Who you are. Lead and continuously improve regulatory, customer, food safety, and export compliance programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impacts to ensure proactive compliance planning and execution. Manage facility registrations, regulatory reporting, inspections, and interactions with regulatory agencies. Conduct internal audits and technical reviews of Food Safety Plans to ensure compliance with FSMA requirements. Lead customer conversations for Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) questions related to customer import programs.Manage export certifications, registrations, and documentation supporting international customers and markets. Provide oversight for nutrition labeling, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and product compliance reviews. Analyze compliance and hazard data, identify trends, develop reporting metrics, and drive continuous improvement across facilities. What you bring. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field preferred. 5-10 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or compliance management within food manufacturing or grain processing. Experience managing FDA compliance programs, FSVP requirements, import/export compliance, and GFSI systems.
