Job Description: Join our Order Processing team as a Senior Assistant and become a key player in our supply chain operations. You'll ensure every customer order is handled with accuracy and care, coordinating across teams to deliver seamless fulfillment experiences. What will you do? Process customer orders efficiently, verifying all details to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Work closely with logistics and inventory teams to confirm product availability and resolve any issues Respond to customer inquiries and address order discrepancies with professionalism and speed Keep detailed transaction records and communicate updates to stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle What are the key skills we are looking for?
