Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Company OTR Driver and take the wheel of our state-of-the-art trucks to deliver essential freight across multiple regions. As a key player in our logistics network, you’ll be responsible for transporting a variety of cargo, OS/OW flatbed loads, and more, all while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to regulatory compliance. Your dedication will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers equipped with automatic transmissions across long-distance routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain accurate ELD logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and freight details in accordance with federal and state laws. Follow designated routes driving through various terrains while managing route-specific requirements for flatbed loads. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or any issues encountered on the road. Uphold safety standards by adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols during all phases of transportation. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A) A clean background and driving record to ensure delivery on Military bases, etc. Experience driving OS/OW flatbeds is highly preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as tarping when required and securing loads safely. Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation for efficient delivery schedules. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with dispatch teams and customers effectively.
