Company OTR Driver

Job Overview As a Company OTR Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably across over-the-road (OTR) routes. You’ll operate a 26ft non-commercial box truck , plan routes with GPS navigation, and handle cargo according to applicable safety requirements. Responsibilities Drive box truck on OTR and regional routes, following delivery schedules and approved routes. Inspect the truck and cargo before, during, and after trips; report safety concerns or equipment issues. Load, unload, secure, and handle freight using safe manual-handling practices and appropriate cargo procedures. Follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Maintain accurate trip, delivery, inspection, and cargo records; communicate route or delivery updates as needed. Your impact: Safe, on-time freight delivery helps customers receive the goods they need while protecting fellow road users and cargo. Skills Required: Valid driving qualifications for assigned equipment; safe truck driving, delivery driving, route driving. Required: Knowledge of GPS navigation, freight handling, and truck loading and unloading. Ability to follow FMCSA and DOT requirements and perform manual handling tasks safely.
