Company Driver - Towing
Henry's TowingWe are a long-established San Diego towing company looking for an experienced, dependable Tow Truck Operator. Minimum 2 years of towing experience required. We are looking for someone with strong judgment, solid attendance, and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Responsibilities Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles Perform roadside services including jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts Respond to accident scenes, disabled vehicles, and recovery calls Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Maintain truck, equipment, and required documentation Requirements Minimum 2 years of tow truck operating experience Must be 23 or older for insurance eligibility Valid driver’s license and good driving record Strong attendance and reliability Able to work effectively under pressure Strong knowledge of vehicle securement and safe towing practices Experience with flatbeds, wheel-lifts, EVs, accident recovery, and roadside assistance is preferred. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience. Package may include hourly/base pay, overtime, bonus, and/or commission opportunities .
