Lucid Transport Group LLCOverview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service. As a Truck Driver, you will operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and flatbeds, ensuring that all loads are properly secured and delivered on time. Duties Drive commercial vehicles over designated routes to deliver goods to customers. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Manage manual transmission vehicles when required. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with tractor-trailer or flatbed trucks. Ability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills. Experience operating dump trucks is a plus. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to driving and cargo handling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
