COMPANY DRIVER - ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, professional Company Driver for our Dallas operations. This role involves a variety of pickup and delivery assignments, ranging from Drop and Go and threshold deliveries to White Glove service, furniture assembly, and installation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, physically capable, and adaptable to changing delivery requirements. We need someone who takes pride in representing our company and delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Operate company-provided trucks or vans safely and professionally. Pick up, transport, and deliver freight according to assigned routes and delivery windows. Perform Drop and Go, threshold, room-of-choice, and White Glove deliveries as assigned. Assemble furniture, equipment, and other products and perform basic installation when required. Load, unload, secure, and handle small to big-and-bulky freight safely. Use mobile apps to manage routes, update delivery statuses, capture signatures, and submit proof of delivery (POD). Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members. Maintain a clean vehicle, professional appearance, and accurate delivery documentation. Follow company safety procedures, customer requirements, and applicable transportation regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Previous commercial driving, delivery, moving, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with box trucks, cargo vans, or similar vehicles is a plus. Furniture assembly, installation, or appliance delivery experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy or bulky items safely, with assistance when required. Comfortable using smartphones and delivery applications; app compliance is mandatory. Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, flexible, and willing to perform different types of delivery assignments. Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team. What We're Looking For We want a team member who understands that no two delivery days are necessarily the same. One assignment may involve a straightforward pickup and delivery, while another may require bringing an item inside the customer's home, assembling it, or completing basic installation. Dependability, professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to work are essential.
