Company Driver

Job Summary As a Company Driver, you’ll use a company passenger vehicle to transport employees and company affiliates throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You’ll coordinate pickups and drop-offs, plan routes around traffic, and provide safe, punctual, and courteous service. Schedule Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Actual driving typically totals 1.5 to 4 hours per day within that window. Trip times and locations vary based on company needs. Responsibilities Safely transport employees and company affiliates to and from designated locations across the DFW metroplex. Confirm pickup times and locations, arrive on time, and communicate promptly about delays or schedule changes. Use GPS and real-time traffic information to plan efficient routes and adjust as needed. Follow traffic laws and company vehicle procedures, and report any vehicle damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled or charged as applicable, and ready for scheduled trips. Maintain accurate trip and mileage records as requested, and respect passenger privacy. Qualifications Required — Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required — Ability to drive a standard passenger vehicle safely and confidently in city and highway traffic. Required — Availability Monday through Friday during the stated schedule. Required — Punctuality, professional communication, and comfort using GPS navigation. Preferred — Familiarity with major roads and traffic patterns across the DFW metroplex. Preferred — Prior experience as a company driver, chauffeur, rideshare driver, or in another passenger transportation role. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
