Cargo Van Driver – Owner-Provided Cargo Van | Cargo Champion Job Title: Cargo Van Driver / OTR Delivery Driver Company: Cargo Champion Job Type: Independent Contractor Pay: 30% of load revenue Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) / Long-Distance Schedule: Flexible, with a commitment to remain on the road for at least 2 weeks at a time Job Description Cargo Champion is seeking dependable, motivated, and professional Cargo Van Drivers to transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes. Drivers will operate a company-provided cargo van and work under Cargo Champion to complete assigned deliveries, meet pickup and delivery deadlines, and maintain excellent communication throughout each trip. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance provider. Clean driving record for the past 3–5 years preferred; serious violations may disqualify applicants. Previous over-the-road (OTR), cargo van, courier, or long-distance delivery experience preferred. Ability to remain on the road for at least 2 consecutive weeks at a time. Ability to follow directions, manage routes, and meet pickup and delivery deadlines. Reliable communication skills and the ability to respond to dispatch. Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and professional. Ability to use a smartphone and navigation applications. Ability to complete required onboarding, background screening, and motor vehicle record checks, as applicable. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet any applicable contractor eligibility requirements. Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week Work Location: On the road
