Overview Company CDL Driver – Port & Container Operations Liberty Container Express is looking for an experienced Company CDL Driver to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Position Overview The driver will operate an 18-wheeler tractor-trailer , picking up containers and ISO tanks from the Port of Houston and delivering them to customers, warehouses, terminals, and other designated locations. Job Responsibilities Pick up containers and ISO tanks from the Port of Houston Deliver containers to customer locations, warehouses, rail yards, and facilities Safely operate an 18-wheeler in local and regional areas Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Secure and transport containers safely and efficiently Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and delays Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery documentation Follow all DOT, port, company, and safety regulations Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations Requirements Valid Class A CDL 3–5 years of commercial driving experience Valid TWIC Card Hazmat endorsement required for applicable loads. Not Necessary but a plus.
