BROWN TRANSPORTOverview Requires Class A CDL. Drivers haul bulk dump commodities and are paid on percentage basis of what they haul. Requirements are clean driving record and two years CDL experience. We provide a stable work environment year-round and most of our drivers are home every night. Duties Drive commercial vehicles on local routes and OTR routes, following schedules and road-safety practices. Load, unload, and secure freight; such as use of trailer bows, tarp and tailgate security Inspect vehicles and trailers before and after trips, and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Your impact: Careful driving and cargo handling help customers receive freight safely and on schedule. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A and a safe driving record. 2 years of experience in truck driving, commercial truck driving, commercial driving, delivery driving, or route driving; delivery driver experience is preferred.
