Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Community Transportation Program Dispatcher to coordinate and manage transportation services for community members. In this vital role, you will oversee vehicle dispatching, communicate with drivers and clients, and ensure smooth road transportation operations that meet regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will help enhance mobility and accessibility for those who rely on our programs. Responsibilities Perform the dispatch operations function of a multi-county public transportation program. Document ride requests accurately and assign to available drivers. Work within established processes and use best practices to improve customer experience. Drive routes as needed. Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
