That’s why we’re developing a Mileage-Based Driver Rewards Program to recognize drivers who consistently complete trips. As the program is introduced, drivers can earn vehicle-care rewards for reaching qualifying mileage milestones, including opportunities for maintenance savings and other vehicle-care benefits. Details about available rewards, mileage milestones, and eligibility will be explained during orientation. Our goal is to make driving with Make A Way Transport more rewarding while helping drivers manage the costs of maintaining their vehicles. YOUR ROLE As a Make A Way Transport Local Driver, you will: Safely transport passengers on assigned local routes. Provide dependable, professional, and courteous transportation services. Maintain communication with dispatch and management. Arrive on time and manage assigned trips responsibly. Maintain your vehicle in safe and compliant operating condition. Represent Make A Way Transport professionally. Work independently while meeting established service standards. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re interested in drivers who are: Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Professional and customer-focused. Friendly, patient, and compassionate. Comfortable driving throughout their assigned service areas. Flexible and responsive to scheduling needs. Organized and capable of working independently. Interested in growing with a transportation company serving communities across Tennessee. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To qualify, applicants must: Have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Own or have access to a reliable personal vehicle that meets company requirements. Possess or obtain a valid DOT Medical Certification. Possess or obtain an F Endorsement, where required. Meet applicable company and regulatory compliance requirements. Successfully complete the required background screening. Complete all required training and onboarding. Successfully complete the vehicle inspection process before being cleared to transport passengers. READY TO GET STARTED?
