Manage company fleet operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc. Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company’s values and policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; providing feedback and development, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Oversee daily maintenance tasks and work to ensure that facilities and grounds are maintained in safe and operating condition, including by staff at Intervention owned property, or liaison with landlords for leased/rented facilities and offices. Ensure that emergency issues and routine maintenance tasks are addressed promptly and correctly, and that accurate and complete records are maintained. Review and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs based on industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations. Maintain a comprehensive facility document library including contracts, equipment manuals, and compliance documentation. Manage maintenance services and repair contracts, including defining scope, sourcing, contract negotiating, performance and vendor relationships. Evaluate, develop, implement and monitor compliance of policies and procedures. Revise and update as necessary based on regulations, laws, standards, contractual obligations, evidence-based and best practices. Develop and submit timely and accurate reports on facility operations and services. Act as a change agent in the implementation of new practices, including training and coaching staff and modeling desired behavior. Coordinate and collaborate with landlords or their designee for maintenance issues in leased facilities or offices. Completes or oversees basic maintenance issues that are our responsibility.
