A track record of sales success is. What You’ll Do Build and manage your own book of business Develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers Learn your customers' operations and solve their problems Find profitable opportunities and negotiate purchases and sales Manage price, freight, market exposure and margin Close business and resolve issues when deals don't go as planned Who You Are A top individual producer with measurable results Someone who has created new business, not just maintained accounts A self-starter who takes ownership and works well without close management Commercially and numerically sharp, a fast learner and a strong problem solver A confident negotiator who is comfortable asking for and closing significant business Resilient and calm under pressure A strong relationship builder who works independently but is a great teammate Backgrounds We Value B2B sales in industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, building products, packaging, chemicals or other complex sales environments.
