In this merchandising role, you'll be the driving force behind our grain origination and trading operations-connecting farmers to markets and ensuring smooth logistics every step of the way. You'll manage everything from sourcing corn and beans to overseeing grain movement and assisting with hedging strategies. You'll keep trades accurate and timely, monitor CBOT and NGFA developments, and contribute to strategic planning that shapes our future. Along the way, you'll share market insights, visit customers, and collaborate with a team that values innovation and growth. OUR IDEAL COMMODITY MERCHANDISER - GRAIN ORIGINATOR: Bachelor's degree in economics, agricultural economics, finance, business administration, or other business discipline Working knowledge of futures markets, hedging, and arbitrage Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong quantitative skills, including basic knowledge of statistics Ability to organize multiple responsibilities, prioritize workload, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work with minimal supervision Valid driver's license Ready to get started?
