What You'll Do
• Lead resin and chemical commodity strategy across U.S. facilities to drive cost savings and supply continuity
• Run supplier selection, RFQs, TCO analysis, and contract negotiations
• Analyze market trends and cost drivers to stay ahead of pricing shifts
• Build strong supplier partnerships through visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Lead cost reduction workshops and supplier corrective actions
• Support material budgets, cost forecasting, and KPIs
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Technical Services, and Operations to reduce supply risk
Nice-to-Haves
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Chemistry, or related field
• Knowledge of contract law as it relates to purchasing
• Involvement in plastics or chemical industry associations
Compensation and Benefits
