We are seeking a results-driven Commodity Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key raw materials, components, and finished goods categories. This role is responsible for developing and executing commodity strategies, managing supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, and delivering cost, quality, and supply chain improvements that support SuperATV's continued growth. The Commodity Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure a reliable and competitive supply base while supporting aggressive product launch timelines. This position requires strong negotiation skills, market analysis capabilities, supplier development experience, and a deep understanding of global supply chains. Domestic and international travel up to 10% may be required. Primary Duties Commodity Strategy & Market Intelligence Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, raw materials, components, and finished goods categories. Monitor commodity markets, indexes, pricing trends, tariffs, material costs, and supply chain risks. Analyze aluminum, steel, plastics, electronic components, and other key commodity markets to identify opportunities and risks. Provide leadership with regular market intelligence updates and strategic recommendations. Supplier Management & Development Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop domestic and international suppliers. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships focused on quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective action initiatives. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and business requirements. Strategic Sourcing & Negotiations Lead sourcing activities supporting New Product Development, engineering changes, and production requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, inventory agreements, and long-term supply arrangements. Drive year-over-year cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service expectations. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and material shortages. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing to support product development and sourcing decisions.
