We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, and supply continuity efforts across direct and indirect materials. Ideal Experience: ✅ Strategic Sourcing Buyer / Senior Strategic Sourcing Buyer ✅ Commodity Buyer / Commodity Manager ✅ NPD (New Product Development) / Project Buyer with strong supplier development experience ✅ 3-5+ years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing environments Key Responsibilities: Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract management Drive localization, dual-sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives Build strong supplier partnerships and improve supply stability Analyze spend data and identify savings opportunities Maintain supplier pricing, master data, contracts, and purchasing information within SAP/ERP systems Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams 📍 Opelika, AL ✈️ 10-20% travel If you're a strategic thinker who thrives on supplier development, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
