Commission Outside Sales Rep: Fleet Washing (New Orleans) Magnolia City Auto Detailing washes fleets on the customer's lot, before crews roll or after they park. Two trucks cover the Greater New Orleans area. We need a commission sales rep to walk into yards, call owners, and book paid pilot washes on weekdays. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Commission only, with no base pay and no expense reimbursement. You use your own car and phone and set your own weekday hours. The company schedules every job. You do not wash vehicles. You sell a paid pilot: one morning, $45 per vehicle, and the customer inspects the work before paying. If they go weekly, the $45 rate holds. Targets are independent used-car lots, small rental yards, and local trade companies with branded vans in Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Bernard. Pay is $150 for each pilot that runs and is paid (3+ vehicles), plus 10% of collected wash billing for 6 months on each account you bring in that goes weekly. Example only, not a promise: one 8-vehicle yard washed weekly earns you about $1,086. The trial goal is 3 pilots that actually run in two weeks. Either side can end it after that with 7 days' notice.
