Repfabric LLCCommission & Data Specialist Company: Repfabric LLC Position type: Full-time Location: Remote Schedule: A consistent schedule during Eastern or Western U.S. business hours, coordinated with the team. Position Summary Repfabric is seeking a detail-oriented Commission & Data Specialist to support our Commissions as a Service (CaaS) customers. You will review sales and commission reports, prepare data in Excel, import transactions into Repfabric, and check the results for accuracy. Manufacturers and distributors provide reports in different formats. You will learn the procedures for each assigned customer, identify missing information or discrepancies, and take responsibility for completing monthly processing accurately and on schedule. We will train you on Repfabric and our commission processes, but you should already be comfortable using Excel beyond basic data entry. Responsibilities Review sales and commission files received from manufacturers and distributors. Use Excel to clean, organize, and prepare data for import into Repfabric. Import sales and commission transactions and verify that the information imported correctly. Identify missing files, duplicate transactions, incorrect dates, incomplete customer information, and other data issues. Compare imported totals with source reports, deposits, or other supporting information when applicable. Manage the monthly processing of assigned customer accounts, including tracking files, following up on missing information, and meeting deadlines. Maintain clear notes and documentation so recurring work can be completed consistently. Communicate with customers about routine file requests, missing information, and discrepancies when needed. Ask questions and bring unfamiliar or complex issues to the team for review. Qualifications Excel skills beyond basic data entry, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and lookups. Excel skills will be assessed during the hiring process. Strong verbal communication skills with the confidence to communicate directly with company owners, senior leadership, and other key customer contacts. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Willingness to investigate discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow documented procedures, ask for clarification when needed, and work independently after training. Willingness to learn new software, customer processes, and data tools. · Experience with PivotTables, Power Query, commission processing, or CRM software is a plus, but is not required. Prior experience with Repfabric is not expected. Training Provided You will receive training on Repfabric, CaaS procedures, file preparation, imports, reconciliation, customer aliasing, and quality checks. As you gain experience, you will take responsibility for additional customer accounts and more complex manufacturer files. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
