Commercial Waste Collection Driver
Coastal Elite ProWe are seeking a commercial truck driver responsible for collecting waste and recyclables from commercial and residential sites in specified counties. Key Duties Include Safely operating waste collection vehicles in compliance with DOT, local, state, and federal laws Performing pre- and post-trip inspections and documenting checks using DVIR Reporting incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to dispatch Following assigned routes, using GPS, and completing end-of-day documentation Logging work/rest periods and mileage Adhering to truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies Reporting vehicle defects, violations, or accidents Qualifications and skills include hands-on experience with electronic equipment (GPS, AVL, CB), extensive knowledge of truck driving regulations, and valid CDL B license . The role requires adaptability to handle unexpected situations like traffic or weather conditions. This is a full-time, in-person position with pay ranging from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour. Preferred experience: 1 year in commercial driving, with endorsements such as Air Brake. Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mexico, ME before starting work.
